The importance of quality in services has encouraged the Cns to undertake a journey culminated in 2003 with the publication of the first Report of Social Responsibility.
Today the Consorzio boasts excellent practice in the use and qualification of human resources, concerning research and development in the field of service management and protection of cooperative values.
